Here, we'll break down the steps and your possibilities to ensure the result is exactly what you envision.

Step 1: Your Vision – The Starting Point

Every design project begins with you. We want to understand your idea, your brand, and your objective.

🔹Tell Us Your Idea: Do you have a clear vision in mind? A sketch? References of designs you like. The more information you provide, the better we can interpret your needs.

🔹Define Your Purpose: What is the design for? Is it a logo for your business, a design for a special event, or something for personal use? This will influence the style and message.

🔹Audience and Style: Who is your target audience? What type of aesthetic do you prefer: modern, vintage, minimalist, bold, fun?

You Already Have a Print-Ready Design 

🔹File Submission: If you already have your design in a high-quality format (preferably vector files like .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or editable PDFs, or high-resolution images like .PNG with transparent backgrounds, or .JPG at 300 DPI or higher), we're ready for Step 3!. 

🔹Professional Verification: Our team will review your file to ensure it meets the technical requirements for perfect printing. If we find any minor issues, we'll let you know and can often adjust them quickly.

You Have an Idea or a Sketch, You Need Help Digitalizing It

🔹Collaboration with Our Team: If you have a hand-drawn sketch, an idea in your head, or reference images, our designers can take that foundation and transform it into a high-quality digital file.

🔹Concept Development: We'll work with you to define the colors, typography, and graphic elements that best represent your vision.

Step 2: You Need a Design From Scratch (Full Service!)

🔹Detailed Consultation: For projects requiring a completely new design (like a logo for a new brand or a complex graphic for a campaign), we'll schedule a consultation to thoroughly understand your needs, brand values, and aesthetic preferences.

🔹Design Proposals: Based on the consultation, our designers will create several design proposals. We'll present original concepts that align with your vision.

🔹Revisions: This is an interactive process. We'll give you the opportunity to review the proposals, provide feedback, and request revisions until you're completely satisfied with the final design.

Step 3: Design Process and Communication

Once we define the design path, our graphics team gets to work:

🔹Digital Creation: Using professional design software (like CorelDraw, Affinity, etc.), we transform your ideas into print-ready graphic files.

🔹Attention to Detail: We focus on clarity, balance, appropriate color selection, and correct typography to ensure your design is not only attractive but also effective.

🔹Constant Communication: We'll keep you informed throughout the process, especially if revisions are needed or your approval is required at key stages.

Step 4: The Final Approval Proof

Before a single piece is printed, you'll receive a digital proof of your design.

🔹Accurate Representation: This proof will show you exactly how the design will look on the final product, including scale, position, and colors (please note that on-screen colors may vary slightly from printed colors).

🔹Your Approval is Key: Carefully review every detail. Once you give us your final approval, the design will be considered complete and sent to production. This is your last chance to request changes.

Step 5: Production-Ready File

With your approval, the design is finalized and meticulously prepared for printing.

🔹Print Format: The file is converted to the exact format and specifications required by our DTF, large format, or laser machines for patches, ensuring maximum quality in the final product.

🔹Internal Quality Control: A final internal review ensures all technical parameters are correct before sending the design to the machine.
