Artwork Requirements
Correctly prepared artwork helps produce a sharper and more accurate result. Before uploading your design, confirm that it meets these requirements: File prepared at the exact banner size, JPG, PNG, PDF or AI format, Resolution of 300 DPI, A 0.25-inch safe margin, Clear high-resolution images, Text large enough for the intended viewing distance
Keep logos, text and other important elements within the safe area. Low-resolution images may appear blurred or pixelated when enlarged.
Exact colors and cuts cannot be guaranteed. House of Printed Expressions is not responsible for files that do not meet the published artwork specifications, so review your design carefully before submitting it.
Banner Production Times
The standard production time for custom banners is two to three working days.
Orders received after 10:00 a.m. begin processing on the next working day. Online orders received after 10:00 a.m. on Friday or during Saturday and Sunday begin processing on Monday.
Production time does not necessarily include delivery. If you need the banner for a specific opening date, order early enough to allow time for production and any applicable pickup or delivery arrangements.
